I have worked with children most of my life. I was a nanny during college for three families with children ranging from 5 months to 11 years old. I have worked in multiple group homes servicing children with mental disabilities, emotionally disturbed, andjuvenile delinquents who were placed there by the court system. I have been a substitute Instructional Aide, Regular Instructional Aide, and Full Inclusion Aide for Sacramento City Unified School District. I was a substitute teacher for Granite School District in UT. I have worked two summers at a Girl Scout Camp in MI first as the Program Director, and then as the Assistant Director. I have volunteered at The Children's Center in UT working with emotionally, behaviorally, and developmentally disadvantaged children. I was the Guardian ad Litem for the Ute/Ooray Indian Reservation, I also represented the children in Tribal Criminal Court. I started an after-school tutoring program at a homeless shelter for the children that lived there. I worked with victims of domestic violence; both the parents and the children get Protective Orders against their attackers.
