We have had Full Heart Home Care since February 2023.
Owner, Andrea, & nurse, Mary, are exceptional. Their backgrounds & professional knowledge, their quick response to questions & needs, and their caring understanding of our individual situation have proven to be the support that turned an uncertain hospital homecoming into a plausible working one for my husband, and for me, as well. I trust them both completely.
Of equal importance, our gifted caregivers have saved the day! My husband has the trained individual care he needs while still at home. In addition, every caregiver has expressed admiration & gratitude for the kindness and support that Full Heart management has shown to them. They've told me they feel appreciated & acknowledged for the very important work they do. I add my sincere praise and thanks.
Full Heart Home Care = Exceptional!

My family and I are so grateful for Full Heart Home Care! When my elderly parents needed additional help to remain in their home, we researched options and spoke with a variety of companies. Hands down, Full Heart was the obvious choice, a truly top-notch organization with caring, kind and responsible people. Full Heart went above and beyond to pair the right caregiver with my parents (who were not initially all that receptive to receiving "outside" help). However, Full Heart quickly provided a caregiver who my Mom soon began introducing as her "second son". In addition to helping my parents with various household chores and transportation, including that to doctors' appointments, Full Heart has helped with "emergency" help. For example, Full Heart responded very quickly to provide caregivers to stay with my mother (who suffers from dementia) overnight at the hospital. They were the "extra hands" we needed to make sure Mom had someone responsible with her 24/7. Bottom line, if you're looking for help from a solid organization, with high quality, caring people, Full Heart is it!

I worked for full heart since February 2020 and I did not have a good experience with this employer. first Andrea Fuller doesn't have any health care experience/training outside of her two day dementia certificate that really wouldn't hold any weight in a real health care setting. secondly she doesn't listen to her caregivers when it comes to concerns with her clients. example i was caring for a woman who had a growth on her leg and I documented on it for weeks and sent pictures Andrea was pretty dismissive of it. even after Andrea came to look at the growth personally and asked me what did i think i told her it was a hematoma possibly and it needed to be lanced and drained. Andrea responded what is a lance. she didn't even know what a lance was, that's concerning. she left and the next day i was forced to make the call to take my client to the hospital otherwise the poor lady would have lost a leg. also she is very understaffed, I blew the engine on my car caring for 3 clients at once even though I told Andrea it was a bit much on my car, she didnt care. i cared enough about people not getting care so i kept going to the clients until my engine blew, even after she finally found coverage for the other two clients and i was back to one with car issues i still managed to get to work. i paid 3,500 to have engine fixed and was unfortunately scammed by mechanic leaving me with more car issues, i told Andrea about this and had to call out a shift and her response was she needed to teach me better money management skills. i give her two stars because to save her skin she did let me use her back up car so i could still cover my clients. that was kind of her. but my last star was being "terminated" because I maliciously parked my previous client's car in the wrong spot. which I did not do, i have video footage and pictures of where i park the car. ive done this every time i use her car because of a time i parked it wrong once and didnt recall doing that either but i didnt have proof. so i keep proof now. she also stated i didnt handle a clients dementia well. which in my defense I dont think anyone would have been able to handle this outburst. my last shift my client was being very racially disrespectful and unsafe which i told Andrea through text. i asked her to either come in or send relief so i could leave. had Andrea taken the time to come and asses the issue she would have seen the client not using her walker when she is supposed to, wielding around a knife, and calling me the N word, and threatening my job. I told Andrea all of this as it was happening but i ended up having to hid from my client between a bed and a wall for 5 hrs. because Andrea couldn't be bothered and i didn't want to abandon the client. after i left i felt everything was fine, i did express to andrea i didnt feel safe or comfortable returning and she said she understood. so imagine my surprise when i get a termination email a week later. she didnt do a follow up with me to check on me, she didnt ask for a statement or even to see the videos. she just said okay thank you, then a week later terminated me. she said it was also because my performance has been poor. but the compliments from the clients and family tell me otherwise. i always clean up during my shift when others havent which i have video proof\pics of this as well, you have too keep documents working with this company because she has lazy employees who dont do their job and leave messes for the next person to come in, which ive complained about often and she never does anything about. im also the one of the only ones who takes thorough notes, im as punctual as traffic and my occasional car troubles would allow never being late to my own fault, and im also the only one doing PT exercises with my clients oh and im also not stealing from them. which is also a problem Andrea ignores and just blames on clients dementia if you bring it up. unless my clients and their families are liars they've all told me im doing a great job and they loved working with me. i know the real reason i was terminated was because Andrea couldnt get me to take a Covid shot. had i, i would still have my job. but the Covid is just against my beliefs as a wholistic person who opts for natural remedies. all of my clients knew and were okay with me not having the covid vaccine. so CNA's Beware if you choose to work here. not all that glitters is gold. the raises aren't really every 3 months, she has people who worked for her since the start and they haven't even gotten raises, mileage reimbursement is a scam also she tried to take my original $.57 and change it to 40ish instead but she opted to have me use my old address so i could keep my .57 cents. im supposed to get 68miles but my old address is 40 so thats cheaper for her. something else i helped her out with she didn't appreciate or the times ive stopped dead what i was doing to cover her when someone else decided to not show on a shift or quit on the spot.

Full Heart Home Care is just that, Full Heart. The attention to detail and to family needs, for both the family member in need and the family member seeking help. Andrea was great, supportive and compassionate. She really took time to get to know my dad and make sure he was comfortable with who would be coming in to care for him. The actual caregivers were great too and I never had to worry that he was not taking care of while I was at work. This is a tough point to come to in a families life, for all involved and Full Heart puts everyone at ease with knowledge, care and love. Thank you Full Heart for an amazing experience during a difficult time. Highly recommended!

Sometimes other responsibilities prevent us from caring for our own loved ones. When that happened to us, with a sick mother living 1800 miles away, Full Heart cared for her like she were a member of their own family. We were able to relax knowing that she would be treated with love, respect, dignity, professionalism, and kindness. I could not be more pleased.
