Although we are a new branch of FirstLight Home Care in Goodyear Az and surrounding areas, we are confident that we can serve our community well. We are a Veteran owned business, Todd Domke Msgt in USAF, as well as having a background in the healthcare field. Owners Leslie Neumann BSN, RNC-MNN and Regina Jones APRN, MSN, FNP-C, between them, they have 25 years in nursing, and our Office Manager Khylie Beitel CNA, MOM of 3. Having that background gives us the ability to train our caregivers to level of expectation we had when we were caring for our patients at the bedside. We cared for them as if they were our family members. We have instilled this in our caregivers. When we hire our caregivers, we hire them with our standards in mind, only the best, hardworking, compassionate, dependable and safe caregivers are hired.
