I hired this company, and they were horrible. The caretakers were lazy. They did as little as possible. They went through my personal belongings and stoled my food. Whatever you do don't give them a deposit. I still have not been given back the $485.00 deposit I gave them. After the 2 week notice I gave to end services with them. I called & called, text after text. They would not answer my calls, call me back, or text me. Iam going to file charges for theft against them as it was all in my contract.

You wrote on yelp that we took $480 from you as deposit and that we cared for your husband which is untrue, now on care.com your deposit is $485 not $480 anymore, you are only going online to sabotage our business. We will be glad if you can unveil yourself, by calling us again as you claimed, text or do a walk IN to our office so that we can access your file in our system to verify your claim, we have all records. If not, get a life and be busy. Thank you.

Today I was so happy when I visited my friend Patricia Hendry in Arlington. When I arrived, there were two lovely people caring for her. I asked their names and they told me Sheila and Sonny. They were so good at their job which was hard work giving Patricia a good care. I have so much admiration for these two outstanding workers who work for you. I said I hope you get paid well for what you do. It was a big job that needed doing. So thank you so so much for helping my dear friend during the time of her need.

I was looking for home care agency in DFW area, Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington Area or home care agency near me, for my father and mother, both parents are suffering from dementia and Alzheimer, the care for both seniors overwhelmed my sisters and brothers, we got help from this company First watch with good caregivers who provided home care service for my elderly parents.

Sincere thanks to First Watch Home Care for coordinating such compassionate care & exceptional elderly service on behalf of my mother and my father. They listened closely to our needs & was highly responsive ensuring that they efficiently mobilized their care team to allow for my mother to return home from hospital in a very short timeframe. They carefully selected the perfect support caregivers who provided quality service for my parents, respectful & professional care, preserving my mother and father's dignity & independence. My father who has dementia and Alzheimer was well taken care of as bedbound care recipient. My family & I were also grateful for the in-home care provided to us at such a stressful & challenging time, appreciating the very high standard & quality of care provided for Dad and Mom. We started using Home Care Assistance for services for my mother in early 2019. This was a tough journey for us as a family and after calling many organizations in the area, I felt a genuine connection with First Watch Home Care. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring my mother's needs are met and more importantly she was cared for with respect and dignity. I highly recommend them.

Had an appointment scheduled for an in-home evaluation, and nobody showed, nor did anyone call to tell me they weren't going to be able to be there. When I called, the person that answered the phone had no record of my appointment, but promised she would get right back to me. She did, and explained that the person who does the in-home evaluations was in the ER. While I understand that, a phone call would have been nice to know that they couldn't make it that day. I have still not received a return phone call to reschedule the evaluation. While I was impressed with the initial phone call, not impressed with the lack of follow-up.

Ms.Molly, we want to sincerely apologize to you for this incident. The evaluation coordinator who was designated to come to evaluate you on that day, was diagnosed of coronavirus at the ER. In this regard all people at the office had to go on quarantine after testing positive, so no one was available to call you. We will be more than happy to schedule another appointment with you since we are all back.

We were told the day we signed the contract and wrote the check that they had people on call for services. Here it is tonight we just signed a contract two days ago they don't have anyone for us on call because our first shift has not started yet. No one told me this the day we signed the contract. They were adamant about having people on call to help out in an emergency situation. They have put us in a major bind! Will never use their services

Yes, you signed contract and made a deposit for 12 hours for shift slated for Tuesday 08/23/2021,you called in on Saturday 08/21/2021 to provide coverage for a caregiver of yours, who did not show up,this was prior to our commencement date to start providing services for you,as stated, our on call services is to cover any of our caregiver who could not go to work for any reason, perhaps, illness or emergency so that you can have uninterrupted services. We are not responsible for 08/21/2021 lapses, we can only help if we can. Your check has been mailed out to your address provided.
