Front desk staff is hardly ever there. Drivers are unprofessional and inexperienced. Vehicles are unreliable. CEO is greedy and looks down upon his employees.

Extended Hearts has done a wonderful job each time they have work in our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Extended Hearts for providing companionship & transportation to our love ones

I love this company. They been taking care of my daughter for 4 years. All the employees are very nice and really like their job, the company seems to really be taking care of their employees, one staff told me the company gave her a car to get to work.

This Company is amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one with a disability. They are kind, warm, and loving. They treat clients as though they are family!! Best company I've dealt with in the Warren County area

This company is trash! They don't care about their clients! They are very unethical and rude to employees! The main campus is very ghetto. They hire anybody and everyone! They throw staff into homes without training.

called to report dangerous driving behavior by this company where the driver was speeding and ran a four way stop in the middle of a subdivision and was hung up on, The customer service rep, and I use that term very loosely, called back to say we were having phone issues then was treated like I was the person who was wrong. Then today I receive a text calling me rude. Not sure if anyone can trust this company with their loved one if they won't even address dangerous behavior

Very Unprofessional never answer phone calls to their office. Employees are treated very poorly. Wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE!
