I am a registered nurse. I am a highly organized, with strong customer service skills, dedicated professional with over 10 years in the nursing field. I have experience working in the emergency room of a hospital and my responsibilities include but arenot limited to triage, trauma (cuts, shots, fractures, poison control and care), administer medications (IM, IV, PO, topical, IVP, PPD test), First Aid care to patient with CHF, MI, renal insufficiency, COPD, CVA, DM, pediatric care and treatment, assisting MD with trauma care, perform in accordance with physician orders, perform CPR, minor surgery, NGT, gastric care. I have also worked at a home health care services. I would diagnose and treat illnesses also determine which services the patient would need and when they need them. I would provide professional-level medical services such as injections and intravenous (IV) therapy, wound care, health education, and medical assessments.
