My name is Miranda. I am 28 years-old. I have a clean driving record and majored in Early Childhood Education. I have ample experience caring for children ages 2 months-17 years of age through nanny/mother's helper positions, after school care programs, as an aide for children with special needs, and a respite worker. With younger children, I am comfortable with: bottle feeding, stroller rides, diaper changing, holding and soothing, following a sleeping routine, tummy time, burping, making animated sounds and facial expressions, and being a nurturing and maternal figure. With older children, I enjoy: swimming, hands-on art and science projects, baking, reading, sports, outdoor games, music, playing the guitar, outings to the park/beach/town, providing homework help, and supervising play dates.
