ELEON HEALTHCARE INC. provides in-home care to individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes, but require assistance to do so. Our caring staff provides assistance with errands, medication monitoring, light housekeeping and laundry, monitoring for bath safety.
Our care providers are employees of ELEON HEALTHCARE INC. They are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. We perform extensive reference, criminal, and DMV checks.
All services and schedules are tailored to the needs of the individualclient and caregivers are available for daily, weekly, overnight, 24-hour or live-in assignments.
Our case managers meet and assess each client personally and remain available to all family members.
