Good luck with trying to get in touch with a nurse. For such an expensive facility, the nurses should be carrying laptops to look up their residence and a phone to be connected to. My call was dropped six times. It wouldn't bother me as much if I wasn't a nurse myself trying to get a hold of a nurse to give her an update about one of their own residents!
