My Wife is in Centre, Alabama and is being treated for cellulitis and Osteomyelitis. She is being treated with Hyperbaric and Vancomycin Therapy. Here is the issue with ContinuumRx.
She had to split her last Saline and Heparin Flush for her Vancomycin therapy today because she has not received her supplies. She was told that her infusions will need to be doubled but it will be impossible to have even one without the supplies. I have been in healthcare for 27 years and know the routine. Most people do not realize the need for continuous uninterrupted antibiotic infusions so they accept the excuses for delays and oversights.
I am not one of those people and I expect and demand that her supplies be delivered so to avoid any further delays in treatment.
I have a network of healthcare providers that respect my tenure and I would like to give them a great review of your service.
Please provide and maintain an ample quantity of supplies without further delay.
