Companion & Compassion is licensed by the State of Florida through the Agency of Health Care Administration (AHCA) as a Home Health Agency. We provide in-home care to the elderly and those in need of extra help in their home. Some services we provide are assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, etc) meal preparation, light housekeeping, errand running, general assistance around the house and companionship.
Companion & Compassion, only hire caregivers who are compassionate, dependable,accountable and have a passion for such delicate tasks. We hire CNAs, Home Health Aides and Caregivers. Proper training offered for all available positions. We are seeking to hire compassionate individuals who are willing serve such vulnerable clients.
In addition, every candidate considered for a position is subject to a Level II Background check which includes a fingerprint scan and photograph by an approved vendor thru AHCA. We also run reference checks, previous employment checks and driver's history checks and random drug testing.
