Charleston Concierge Nursing offers a short term alternative to home health after a surgery or hospitalization. We also offer patient advocacy services during Doctor's appointments or at the bedside during a hospitalization.

We are a team of highly skilled and educated nurses who are dedicated to providing patient advocacy and personalizing your care, your way to reach optimal outcomes and positive experiences. Our team has over 25 years of nursing experience in multiple facets across the healthcarespectrum. <br/><br/>Our areas of expertise include; long-term care, rehabilitation, intensive and critical care, emergency care, perioperative, post-surgical, orthopedics, neurology, obstetrics, women's health, postpartum, diabetes management, post-stroke care, cardiac rehabilitation, and healthcare education. Our team members are involved in multiple professional organizations such as; American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, American Nurses Association, and American Holistic Nurses Association. <br/><br/>The Charleston Concierge Nurses keep our nursing practice and knowledge up-to-date with all the latest and greatest advances within healthcare and the nursing profession.
