My insurance set up a ride for my son who was very sick , they picked us up just fine but to get a return ride from the doctors ....it was a cell phone that went to a voice mail and after an extremely long time she didn't even check the message nor return the call leaving me stuck with no way to get home and a sick child that needed medicine by a certain hour ....I wasn't prepared to be left so many hours this was INCREDIBLY UNPERFESSIONAL I wouldn't recommend this service to ANYONE!
