Old building, smelly, never clean. It is not a place for children. Be mindful. Look around and you will see. Nastiest daycare I have toured.
Not a great daycare for kids who are remote learning. I have called multiple times in regards to my kids coming home from daycare with school work to do and missing assignments at the end of the week. The teacher told me to print their schedules and I have been doing so for the past three weeks. The best part was the lady complained about having 14 kids. I am a UA teacher 14 is nothing try managing 500! So still no change my kids are always missing work and I get emails for their school teachers left and right. I can't work and rely on daycare to help them get their work done. We end up spending our weekends doing school work which is torture for me and my kids. I would love to send them somewhere else but without transportation that is not within our means.

In the languages I do not see the Spanish language. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world and the second most spoken in the United States. That is a fault.

My daughter has been there for almost 9 years. She has had the most loving and caring teachers a parent could ask for. The teachers have taught her so much and I could not have asked for better care. The staff is educated and knowledgeable. Brownstone has such a warm and comfortable feeling to it. They serve organic milk and food which is great for the children.I am more than happy that we have been a part of growing up in Brownstone, it was the best decision as a parent I could have made for my child.

Our two children have attended Brownstone since they were 5 months old. We have had wonderful experiences with the teachers and administrators of the school, and our kids have received top-notch care. On snow days and other school closures, our school-aged child begs to go back! The staff are attentive and caring, the food is good (especially the Monday special of homemade grilled cheese and tomato bisque, according to both of our children!). Thanks for the great work, Brownstone!

This is our 3rd school in 2 years for my children (Mom of 4) and I've been very pleased. The teachers are very kind and while the center does have a bit of a funky smell (it's old) and the rooms are outdated, that doesn't seem to matter. I have children in the infant, preschool & after school care rooms and all are exceeding beyond my expectations there. My 4 month old gets adequate tummy time and play time on the mat, but also gets held. I stop in often and have always been pleased in how and where I've found him. He's always happy with the teachers. They take the babies on walks also which I know he loves. My 3 and 5 year olds are being in preschool and my 5 year old is now reading full books and is beyond kindergarten ready. I'm also impressed with their "discipline" methods. They use positive discipline in the classrooms which my kids respond very well to. My oldest is in the after school care program. She has a lot of fun. She says the girls are all very nice. We were at Westshore and then Le Chaperone Rouge in Rocky River before here and at both centers she had issues with being bullied. They have a zero tolerance policy at Brownstone and she's very happy. I was cautious when I enrolled them because of the very mixed reviews but as of now I have very little negative to say.
