Need vacuuming of living room and bedroom, cleaning of bathroom, clean floor in kitchen and maybe light dusting.

We're looking for a cleaner to come 1-3x per week. The apartment has one bedroom & one bathroom as well as a kitchen, living room, & hall way. You'll be cleaning between guests, so everything needs to be sanitized, linens changed, etc. We would ask you to please drop laundry off at the laundromat down the street when needed if possible too. Responsibilities will also include vacuuming the shared stairwells in the building. We've just opened & are averaging 1-2 check outs per week. Some weeks that could be 0 or 3. Cleanings almost always need to happen from 11-4 between guests, but sometimes there is more flexibility. You'll be working for a family, not a big company. We use an independent contractor agreement, & pay is $15-20/hour. We provide all supplies. We look forward to meeting you!

Small apartment. Approx 650sq ft. Needs an initial good cleaning. After that I would like weekly cleaning.

We have a golden retriever so we tend to have a lot of hair around the house. We just need additional help with the regular bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting and vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.

I'm looking for someone one/ two days per week at our home in Rocky River to do laundry 2 kids & a husband, linens/towels- I'll handle mine. I would love it if you would do light closet organizing as well. Our home is very clean & lovely, second floor bright laundry room. Probably 4-6 hours weekly can be split over 2 days if that suits your schedule better, I would prefer no evenings or weekends/holidays.
