I realize there are many agencies of this type.
When looking for employment,I had taken three months to interview with over
16 agencies of this type,(senior in-home care ) , What I found was with BlueSea Care Services
Of Seal Beach , California founded and oppertated by Nichole Illingworth to be vrey different .
After a few meetings and many hours at there corporate office I found myself realizing that after 36 years in human health services, and the privallge of being apart of'' thousands of senior adult intervensions'', that BlueSea Care Services had undobtedly ''stood out ''over the rest!
As a recongnized Geriatric Care Manager and social worker I must say,.. "I have truely found an agency management philosophy, and vision to be of true christian value."
I have found my next home!
