Bessie's Child Care, Inc. is a family owned and operated child care center with 25+ years of service to the C.S.R.A./Augusta area. Named after the family matriarch, B.C.C. strives to provide a safe family environment while providing quality educationalopportunities for all children. B.C.C. offers child care from 6 weeks to 12 years old. B.C.C. also is a proud site for the Georgia Lottery Funded Pre-K program along with being an approved site for the Georgia Pre-K Summer Transition Program for Rising Kindergartners. B.C.C. implements the Frog Street (R) curriculum progressing from Infants through the Pre-K program. Additionally, B.C.C. provides nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack supported by the Child and Adult Care Food Program. B.C.C. maintains a fun, colorful and safe bus fleet that supports free transportation to local schools within a specified mile radius of the center. School aged children are able to participate in the Before and After School program along with school break care and summer care with the B.C.C. "Be Your Best" Summer Camp program. B.C.C. is centrally located on the edge of the Historic Summerville area and conveniently located to the medical district and downtown Augusta area. B.C.C.
