Working as an RN in hospitals, nursing homes and home health care for nearly 30 years has provided Tina a first-hand understanding of how hard nurses and caregivers work and the stress factors involved. Working in the hospital as a charge nurse and part of a team that helped with JCAHO surveys gave Tina a first-hand understanding of the needs of healthcare facilities and internal challenges.
