About Ascend Health Adult Retreat
We are an adult day care program designed for seniors with mental or physical limitations, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, arthritis, stroke, and more. We offer nutritional meals and snacks, health oversight, group activities and exercises, case management, and much more to improve quality of life.
