I had booked cleaning for July and August, confirmed by phone conversation and text with Mikayla. Cleaning was for every Saturday for both months for an AirBNB turnover. After weeks of unanswered texts and messages, I just learned that they can not keep their commitment. Now I am scurrying to find a new cleaner. They are extremely disorganized and not good communicators.
