Welcome to Gilnack Daycare. Being the oldest of five children I have always had a love of and cared for children. My 30+ year state licensed group home daycare cares for children from the age of 6 weeks to 12 years from 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Bothmy sister and I have an early childhood education foundation from Central Connecticut State College. We strive to lovingly nurture, guide, and educate children in a safe and caring home environment. I have a full preschool program incorporating various periodicals (Let's Find Out! and Science Spin) and crafts to fully prepare children for Kindergarten. We read stories many times during the day to encourage the children's love of books. We are conveniently located on a cul-de-sac off Hebron Avenue and in the Hebron Avenue and Glastonbury/East Hartford Magnet School districts for before and after daycare.
