Amare Home Care Services, LLC is a 24 hour in home care service for seniors and persons with disabilities. We provide excellent quality, affordable personal care, companion and sitter service, range of motion exercises, mental stimulation, non-medical transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation light housekeeping, assist with transfer and ambulation and handling emergencies. Our services can be provided in the privacy of the client's home as well as nursing home and assisted living facilities. It is ourgoal to promote healing, independence, safety with dignity and respect to enhance each individual client's quality of life. Our team of professional caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants trained to provide care to the client and assistance and support to their families and communities. Each client will receive a personal care plan designed specifically for their needs. It is important to us that the client, responsible party and the Amare representative work together to devise the care plan it must fit the needs and wants for all those involved in the client's care.
