I am a physician and I did fingerprinting services at AG Healthcare for a state medical license and had a terrible experience. It took over an hour for Margot Grannison to do my fingerprints as she said the machine did not work as it should. She had to repeatedly get my prints several times.
They she sent my fingerprints incorrectly and I found out after 3 weeks that it was incorrect. I spent a whole week calling AG Healthcare and the state licensing authority back and forth and back and forth to try to solve the problem and got told that Margot sent the prints incorrectly multiple times. AG healthcare and Margot eventually could not solve the problem after delaying my fingerprints for over a month and I requested a refund.
This is an extremely poorly run fingerprinting service and needs considerable improvement. I am hoping you they make some changes so no one else has to suffer like I did.

When Margo Grannison was alive she always encouraged me to work and finish my education but now she has died . I have been trying to figure out who's going to take ownership of this business because I'm still a caregiver because I truly love taking care of people.
