great staff, very caring and accommodating during a very stressful time in life. I live in Suffolk county in an area that is hard to find aides and they always did their best to find replacement when my aide called out. Great Communication. Can't ask for more.

Never had coverage if regular aid was not able to come. Left you high and dry on your own. Did not care. Never heard from their director for any solutions.
