Physical Therapist walked me a far distance to my mailbox pn my walker. I fell on the concrete. I told him that I was dizzy, prior to falling. A speech therapist from another agency helped him pick me up. I fell on the concrete and she happened to see accident from across the parking lot. She stayed with me until he ran back to my apartment to get my wheelchair. He refused to accompany me to the hospital. He also, stated that he was not required to file a report. I have been confined to a wheelchair since then. He stated that the agency wasn't liable. Accident has hindered my recovery.
