Absolutely terrible. My nephew was enrolled there for 2 months before the owners and operators showed their true colors. They call unnecessarily to make you leave work and pick your child up early. They do not genuinely care about the children or their families. It is all about money-- which of course they raised their rates after accepting a $200 non-refundable deposit so you are locked in. Unsanitary. Beware and send your child ANYWHERE else.
If there was a negative star rating, they would receive it.

When we started with them, Teresa and Amber were very nice and accommodating. Our son would get dropped off at 8:30am and would be picked up at 3:30pm (so he was never there a full day). As time went on, we began receiving unnecessary calls (ie would not nap at 9am when he woke up at 8am) to come get our son (up to four times per week). We asked not to be called away from work unnecessarily and were met with resistance. Additionally, after we started with A Child's World, our son was diagnosed with craniosynostosis (a serious infant skull condition) and required neurosurgery after his 6 month birthday. According to the service agreement (written by them), we were required to give 2 weeks notice with 2 weeks pay when we were going to stop using their services. After we submitted a written 2 weeks notice with payment and verbally thanked Teresa, we got a call from her at 5:30 on a Friday evening stating that our son's belongings were on the porch and we were no longer welcome. She told us then promptly hung up before any discussion.

Long story summarized - there is lacking professionalism, respect, and compassion for families. Do NOT use them
This is an incredible facility. Small, attentive and as close to the "family" feel that you can possibly get. I have no doubt that when I drop off my 4 year old son, he is being taken care of and loved to MY standards. Get your name on their list, you will not regret it.
