I've spent the last 3 1/2 years working for a Children's Hospital in the Nutrition Division. Since having my son in June, I've decided that staying home with him is what's best at this time. I will be offering before & after school care in our home in the Forest Hills School District starting within the next month. Drop off as early as 6:00 a.m. I'm used to waking up at 5:15 a.m. for work, so I can work with you if an earlier drop off is needed. Pick up by 6:30 p.m. On days when the kids are off school I am able to watch kids for the full day. My rates will be $25 a day for before & after school care and $30 for the full day when kids are off school. Summer care will be offered for $125 a week for school age kids. A little about myself...I am 30 years old. I am CPR trained and First Aid certified. I have worked in healthcare since I was 19. I completed my degree in Nutrition and have been working in the field at a Children's Hospital since 2011. I am well trained on food allergies and Diabetic care in addition to general nutrition. I love kids and enjoy working with them. I have a 4 1/2 month old boy and an 8 yr old boy. We are a smoke free household. We have 1 dog named Lucy. She loves kids. She will be kept in her crate during the time kids are in our home. I'm a crafty artistic person, so I love planning fun creative activities for the kids, especially for special occasions. I'm compassionate, considerate, caring, loving, loyal and trust worthy. I will care for your kids like I care for my own. Our home is very kid friendly. There are plenty of things to do at our house for the kids to pass time before school. Our basement has basically become the kid cave (it was supposed to be a man cave). We have a pool table, pop a shot basketball, air hockey table and plenty of games. I am a crafter, so I have a craft room with plenty of supplies to make fun things. We also have a basketball hoop outside and soccer net. My son enjoys playing sports and doing outside activities, so we have outside activity sets as well. Feel free to contact me with any questions. So that's a little bit about me in a nutshell. :) Now I am looking to welcome 1-2 little ones (full-time) into my beautiful town home which includes a spacious playroom! I cannot wait to spend my days caring for your little one! I provide tons of stimulating activities to help your little one develop and grow at their rate. Then of course lots of love and cuddle time just like I do with my own girls. I will treat your child as if he/she was one of my own. :) *I do not charge on days that your child may become sick. I also do not charge on vacation time you may take, as long as you give me plenty of notice. *I ask that you provide diapers, wipes, baby food, etc that your baby may need. However, once your child is older I will provide his/her meals and snacks. :) *I also need your permission to travel with your child a couple days a week to pick up and drop off my girls at Mariemont which is about 10 mins from my home.
