Full-Time Child Caregiver

(8)
My name is Nancy. I am a matured lady, responsible and caring nanny. I have six years of experience looking after babies and toddlers. The one thing I love most about being a nanny is I enjoy taking care of children. My duties are caring, playing, feeding and taking the baby out for walks outside. I also keep playing areas clean, wash and put away babies clothing, clean bottles. As they grow older and i am able to eat solid, I help the babies to do that and read and sing also. My last employment was taking care of a baby at age 2 months and she is 18 months now. Her parent decided to enrolls her in play school and thus my service was no longer required. I know I can provide the care and love for your child and wish to assure you that I offer my best service. I also perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, putting dishes in dish washer and putting them away when baby naps.

Nancy is THE BEST nanny we could have hoped for. She is such a good, caring person and we feel truly blessed to have had her as part of our life. She took care of our little one for over two months (full time), always with a smile, great energy and just an overall reassuring "motherly" attitude. She is very reliable and knowledgeable on babies' different growth stages (dealt amazingly with teething, gas and solid food tasting), and bottom line our baby (and us!) are just in love with her! Can not give a warmer recommendation.

Energetic, Communicative And Very Experienced Babysitter

(10)
Hi! I am a responsible, fun, down-to-earth, well spoken and energetic caregiver. I've been working with kids since I was 15 (younger, if you count chasing down my cousins and siblings). I have 3 years of experience working in children and youth summer camps/programs in Pleasant Hill, focusing mainly on children ages 2-5. I also put in plenty of time with infants and elementary school ages. I was a fill-in supervisor by the time I was 18, and then I was off to college in San Francisco. For my first two years at SFSU, I taught baby gym and music classes to children as young as newborns and as old as 5 years old. We focused on sensory play, music and communication skills. My classes were full, often with waiting lists, and I had an absolute ball (and I learned a lot too). My first experience in nannying was as a mother's helper for a family with a son with very special dietary needs, with some light housework and errands. This brought me to Care. com, which got me work with other babies who needed an eating help (e. g, colic and acid reflux), more work with toddlers and babies, as well as some newborn experience. I spent my last year of college with a 9-year-old boy (and our dogs), so lots of time was put into finding age appropriate activities like museums and parks for us to explore, and prying him off the video games and picking up the soccer ball. I have had experience with just about every age, as young as 6 weeks, and a LOT with babies and plenty with toddlers--often watching 2 toddler siblings. In 2014 and 2015, my time was split between several part-time gigs with different families so I can fit in acting auditions, and my babies were mostly in the 8 months to 2 years range, but I love throwing in a new age and keeping fresh with big kids and newborns! I believe in safety first and foremost, positivity, nurturing a child's individual interests while introducing them to new things, and empowering (older) children with the verbal skills to let others around them know what they need, feel and to solve problems gracefully. I'm looking for warm, flexible families who can roll with occasional scheduling changes (a day or more notice for a late start or cancellation when I get an audition!), and are cool with taking their kiddos on park adventures every day and won't be mad at me for getting a latte first, you know? :D Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi family's. My name is Ugi. I have been doing nanny job for 5 years. I just finished my school as a Medical Assistant. I also took CPR training. I am not planning to work as a MA yet. It is more fun for me to work with kids. I have 5 years old son so I have some life experience. I also have experience watching couple kids at the same time. My most experience with infants but I feel comfortable with any age of children. I love working with kids taking them to playgrounds to library and fun places, and do what makes them happy. It is very fun to watch how they growing and learning new things. (I never smoke or drink alcohol in my life.) I also drive a car. If you have any questions about me I will be happy to answer. Thank you : )

I hired Ugi to work as a nanny in my home two years ago, and I would certainly recommend her work. Ugi has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of my son and in keeping the house in working order. She is kind, trustworthy and great with children. It is clear to me that working as a nanny is a passion for Ugi. She loves working with the children, and I see this manifest in her communication skills and creative ideas for activities. She keeps the children occupied and most importantly, safe. Ultimately, Ugi is an excellent nanny because she is so trustworthy. She is always on-time and held to high responsibility. Sincerely, Luba
