Lisa has been with us for over six months now, talking care of our boy since he was 4 months old. She is amazing and treats him like her own child. She is caring, dependable and adapts with ease to all new stages of our baby growing up as well as logistic challenges such as moving with us when we moved to the next county! She has also on occasion taken care of our 5 year old together with the baby. The only reason we are parting ways with Lisa now is that we were always intending to send the baby to a daycare once he got older and more interested in socializing. We probably waited longer than originally intended since Lisa is so great with him.
