While the initial contact and interview with a representative of the company and the aide seemed to be what our household was seeking in terms of care needed for a family member, you never know until they arrive if it "all show and them being on their best behavior just to get the job" which was the case in this scenario.

Upon the aides short stay she exhibited a lack of professionalism by not adhering to the guidelines and scheduling of care which had to be explained more than one time. The aide did not adhere to the proper care of following instructions and seemed to very overly sensitive and very unprofessional in a very controlling manner when a very loving concerned member of our family asked her why certain things were not being followed in a very concerned tone which she took very offensively. Try to figure that out, a family member is expressing concern why things are not being followed and they are trying to make you out as being wrong?

When we told the company of the behavior, they took the side of the aide and made accusatory statements that were so unbelievably false, our family knew that it was a wrong choice to have hired them.
I guess if you are seeking a very unprofessional agency that does not have the best interest of the client, go with them.
