Experienced Part-Time Nanny/Babysitter Available
Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am currently studying business management at Olympic College. I grew up in a close-knit family full of educators. Following in their footsteps, I took a job as an assistant teacher in a child care center (references available upon request). In the four years I worked there, I got experience working with children of all backgrounds between the ages of 3 months through 13 years. I quickly grew incredibly passionate for working with/educating children. Luckily, through this job, I was blessed to have the opportunity to attend many trainings/classes regarding early childhood education. In 2016, I made the decision to pursue my passion for education. I became a full-time reading tutor at an elementary school. I spent the following school year helping kindergarten-fifth grade students with vocabulary, comprehension, test skills, grammar, as well as find a general love for reading. I am an organized, caring, responsible and ambitious person.

Part- Time Nanny/ Caregiver
I have tons of experience watching kids of all ages. Growing up I was a frequent babysitter for my neighbors from the ages of about 3 and 5 (boy and girl) until they were able to stay home by themselves. In watching them I would get them on the bus in the morning and home from school in the afternoon, provide snacks and/or meals for them, give them activities to do and help with homework. I have led children's church for many years, also. In addition to babysitting I was a coach for Girls On The Run, so I believe in getting kids outside and also empowering them to be their best self. I am fun and energetic, ready to give these kids all they could ever want in a nanny. I have special experience with special needs, as my sister has Muscular Dystrophy. Personally, I am interested a great deal in health and fitness. I currently am attending the University of Washington to get a degree in healthcare leadership and a minor in business.
