I teach classes on gardening, growing cut flowers, vegetables, roses, dahlias... I have turned my yard into an organic fruit and vegetable and flower cottage garden, I have a salt water pool, a special UV, anti-viral filter on my furnace; I have a safe, reliable car; I'm fit, healthy, take children outdoors to play.

Interviewed Shane for a nanny position and provided full details ahead of time, including start date and pay. Afterwards, she shared she could not accommodate the start date, though her previous answer was yes, she wanted to be paid under the table, and did not want to sign a simple nanny agreement. She ultimately agreed to follow IRS guidelines but didn’t want a contract and decided prior commitments prevented her from the start date. She seems kind but this interaction was disheartening and a waste of time.
