The Campbell Family Daycare

The Campbell Family Daycare is a small family childcare home and we watch no more than 6 children at a time. We like to keep our headcount low and generally have between 2-6 children in our care at one time (this head count includes my 4 year old daughter and infant son).

It is my goal to provide children with a safe and nurturing home-like environment that allows for individual growth and a sense of self-accomplishment through learning. As a daycare provider, I promote learning through hands on play, discovery and repetition. I enjoy caring for children and am happy to open my home to prospective parents requiring daycare for their child(ren) on a part time or full time basis.

The Campbell Family Daycare currently offers full time, part time and drop-in care for children ages 2 to Pre-K.

Example Timeline of Daily Events For Ages 2+

7:30 am Arrival and breakfast - washing hands, manners, helping clean up
8:30 am Free play - encouraged to use their imagination
9:30 am Circle Time - songs, sign language, dance, sharing, etc.
9:45 am Break
9:50 am Learning the alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors, etc.
10:00 am Break and snack - wash hands, manners
10:15 am Crafts - hands on
11:00 am Outdoor play - dressing oneself (maybe a hat or jacket), coordination, exercise
11:45 am Lunch - washing hands, manners, social skills, helping clean up
12:15 pm Free play - encouraged to use their imagination
1:00 pm Nap
3:30 pm Clean up, snack- wash hands, manners
4:00 pm Story time - active listening
4:30 pm Games, puzzles and songs, etc. - hands on, memorization
5:00 pm Free play - encouraged to use their imagination, wash hands

Hours are from 7:30-5:30 pm Monday through Friday
