I have 2 amazing boys! One is 12. He is a very loving but talkative young fellow. He is diagnosed with ADHD and epilepsy, however both diagnoses are very well maintained with daily medications. He hasn't had a seizure In a year! I would love for you to know how to handle a seizure for emergencies. I also have a very silly 7-year-old who is diagnosed with ADHD and autism. He's high functioning and very independent though. I taught him well. I prefer someone who has experience with autistic children. They are both very fun, energetic and loving boys. They love to play on their iPads but I try to keep them occupied with activities. Either way, you'll fall in love with them at first meet!

S is 13yrs old and has Smith Magenis Syndrome. She is extremely lovable and makes friends very quickly. S is not fully potty trained and requires a pullup. She is capable of going to the restroom and changing herself, but it can be difficult to get her to follow directions at times. The person that will be watching her will need a lot of patience and experience. She needs a care giver that understands how to speak to her in a way that gets her excited to follow directions. This would be a great opportunity for a student who has a major focused in exceptional childrens program or in therapies of some sort. S's time is split 50/50 with her father and I. So help is needed on a week on/week off basis. Must have a valid license, clean driving record and references. Looking for a part-time special needs caregiver for post surgery for 2 to 3 days.

Our small and quirky church is looking for a babysitter for 2-5 children (ages 1 - 6) on Sunday mornings, 10am-12 p.m. All care giving will take place outside. We will have activities available for the children and would appreciate someone who can thoughtfully engage the children in activities and snack (provided). One of the children is on the autism spectrum, so we would ideally like someone with experience in this area. We are willing to pay for commute time too, depending on distance.

E has down syndrome and hypoglycemia. All that is required is that you be here while he's asleep and keep his dexcom glucose monitor near you. I will be monitoring his blood sugar on my phone so it's really just back up for me.
