Looking for part time nanny to help around the house with special needs

I am looking for a loving and patient caregiver for my soon to be 6-year-old daughter. My daughter is autistic and also has ADHD. She is a sweet heart and has tons of energy, but is on medication to calm her down. She has some challenges that intimidate other sitters as she does not communicate well. She is slight verbal, but mostly repeats what she hears. She is not mean or aggressive, but is very willful so a firm, but fair, sitter is preferred. She loves to color and play outside. I will need a caregiver to either come to my home and help her off the bus (she goes to kindergarten) and watch her u till I get off work at 5 or have the bus come to you and watch her in your home. I only ask that you be the sole caregiver of my child. I have had bad experiences in the past with sitters leaving my daughter with strangers and my child cannot verbalize if someone is hurting her. We have two cats that my daughter loves and they are also kind. This position is long term and may become full time in the summer. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
