My mother stayed at Groton Regency for short term rehab and is now living in the independent living section. The food was pretty good and most of the staff has been there forever. I would recommend it to friends

I totally disagree with the other review of this beautiful community. Aspenwood has been a life saver for my mother for the last three years. The current director is always available for any problems that arise. I recommend Aspenwood to anyone looking for an assisted living for a parent.
