Beware of this location!Howell Brandywine is so much better!! The Love..the attention..the care they get compared to Englishtown is unbelievable and I've been working for 5 years at this assisted living. The Executive Director in Howell will greet and pay attention to every resident as she walks by them unlike Englishtown. Charlie Placek in Englishtown will walk past as he sees a resident crying that they have to go to the bathroom or is sitting in it..etc... and ignore them! It's so awful and sad! He does not care for the residents at all!!! Always in a rush to go wherever hes going!!! What's more important than your loved one????? How he got this position baffles me in an assisted living home?? No compassion! no love! no care! whatsoever for the residents!!! Supervision is AWFUL! A woman fell down a flight of stairs with her walker a year ago and died!!
I'd leave my parents in a kennel before I would leave them at this location. It's worth the trip to Howell definitely and the staff is so much more friendly loving caring!!!! Especially Amy who is the activities director!!! As soon as you meet her you will fall in love with her and trust your family 100%!! Please do your homework and make your parents or love ones happy the last few years of their life!!

Beautiful place. Administration is very helpful and caring you can see He cares. Wellness Director is knowledgeable and very understanding Food is good Activities could be better I adore moms eve nurse Kira she truly cares and it shows

Beautiful Facility Great Food Activities could be a bit more but not bad Apartments clean large and pretty Staff is very attentive Great New Director of Nursing and Executive Facility Director always available and helpful Love new Nurses very loving caring you can tell they care new renovations being done One issue the parking lot huge pot holes they need that corrected

They will look for an excuse to discharge the resident once they have depleted all available funds. This is a common practice and the state has very little control.
