Personal Care Giver With 10 Years Of Experience With Elderly And Disabled People.
I've started my career as a personal care assistant in July of 2006. Not only did I care for adults, I cared for children with disabilities as well. Throughout the years of being a personal care assistant, I've cared for clients with a vast majority of terminal illnesses such as Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, cancer, lupus, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, blindness, deafness, bed written, hospice clients and many more. I have a sincere passion when I care for my clients. I also have a great deal of patience. When I care for my clients, I don't just do meal preparation, light house cleaning, assist in bathing and showers, transportation and shopping; but I go above and beyond in making them feel comfortable around me and prove that my clients can trust me and I also provide wonderful companionship and get my clients involved. I pay attention to their actions and speech because I am a very observant caregiver and believe that's a part of being a wonderful caregiver.
