Trinity Preschool is a ministry of the Trinity Lutheran Church located in Walden, NY. We are celebrating our 35th year beginning in September 2018! Our school strives to help children develop spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically so that they may grow and go out into their communities and schools to be an influence with their knowledge and Christian principles.
Our teachers and staff are loving, nurturing professionals who are dedicated to using their knowledge, experience and love for Christ to minister to and teach young children and their families.
We offer classes for children ages 3 and 4 years old, for 2, 3, or 5 days per week from 9am-11:55am. For the 2018-2019 school year, we are offering for the first time a 5 day afternoon session for 3 & 4 year olds from 1pm-3:55pm.
We also offer Toddler Time classes for 1 and 2 year old children with a parent or caregiver 1 day per week for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Classes are designed and structured to give children opportunities to develop their social/emotional skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory development, beginning academic readiness, music, art, and Bible. We enjoy several field trips each year as well as special events for families including Dad's Night, a Christmas Pageant, Mother's Day Tea and Family Fun Day!
Our facility offers large, bright classrooms, a large, fenced in playground for outdoor play, and a large gymnasium for indoor play.
