Our studio is offering full day camp experience for your child that is new, exciting and educational. Our summer camp is designed to meet each child's needs no matter the age or experience in martial arts. By having self-building, constructive activities while being in a safe, positive, and motivational camp environment, your child will have a full summer camp experience like no other. Summer camp will be taught by our experienced staff so you can be assured your child will be safe and well supervised, while at the same time learning and having fun.
Summer camp is open to all children ages 5-12.
As a Taekwondo Summer Camp we will focus on developing health, physical fitness, self-defense, and character. Our camp is specifically designed to develop core values that will stick with our campers for the rest of their lives: respect, honesty, responsibility, discipline, self-confidence and an indomitable spirit.
The focus of our martial arts school in Lakewood CA is on physical fitness, character development and self defense, rather than fighting. Our overarching goal is in building our student's self-esteem.
As soon as you become a martial arts student, you join a community that works together toward improved physical strength and stamina, better focus and concentration, greater self discipline, competency in self defense and, most importantly, increased self confidence.

We have martial arts programs for students of all ages.
For children, our emphasis is on character development and physical fitness.
With adults, our goal is to deliver all of the benefits of martial arts, including improved muscle tone, increased cardiovascular fitness, lower stress levels, increased energy, and greater flexibility.
Self defense is also emphasized, but it s always tempered with the training on how to seek alternatives to conflict.
Each of our martial arts instructors is committed to teaching the physical skills while applying attitude-shaping exercises aimed at bringing out the best character and physical potential in each student.
