My Dad needs some minimal assistance, but this is mostly to take care of my Mom. My Mom has Parkinsonism & had 2 minor strokes. So she doesn't show emotions, unstable walking, and doesn't talk very much. Help her out of bed, get her bathed and dressed. Assist with her walking, simple physical exercises and keep her company. Must change bed pads and soiled depends. Must have experience with Parkinsons or Dementia. Mom's personality has changed and she can't bathe or get dressed on her own but will not want help. Need to be able to assist her despite her difficult personality. She will say "no" a lot & it will take time for her to feel comfortable or accept help. Standard behavior for someone with Dementia. Also must be comfortable driving up winding road and be in good physical shape to walk up very steep driveway and assist my Mom.

About who needs care: My 89-year-old friend worked full time until she became ill in November. However unrealistic she would like to return to work and strongly believes she can live independently without significant assistance. A major challenge is how she can fill her time if she cannot return to work. She loves gardening and is proud of how well she has maintained the home she has owned since 1957. She hates the idea of anyone coming into her home that she does not already know but would benefit from an occasional companion and someone who can take her to shop from time to time. Her driver's license is about to expire and she will need transportation so that we can prevent her from driving without her from driving without a license.. There are concerns that she could be a falling risk although she has never fallen inside her home. She hates anyone telling her she is old or unable to do things she has historically done. Feisty would describe her. We will ask her how she would describe her ideal day. About the care needs: Someone who is also feisty and likes to laugh. Someone who respects an elderly person who is proud of living independently for over 60 years. Someone who is committed to her health, happiness, and need to be respected. Someone who enjoys gardening and traditions. Someone who will take her for walks and will give her to enjoy time with her friends without making her feel like she is being spied upon. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Someone who is amazing at cooking and would like to come and make a couple dinners at our home! I need someone who can run errands!

Seeking a nanny to assist with the afternoon shift through the evening. A weekend day once in awhile to assist with driving one or both kids to their activity. Afternoons begin about 2:30 p.m. and have an undetermined end time. Normally ends about 6:30-7 p.m. . Occasionally a little bit later. Some days I may only need help for a couple hours, so because of this I will guarantee 20/week. This is a great position for a student or someone looking for an extra side gig BUT reliability is a must! pick up from school, drop off to sports, all within 15 min or so driving distance from the home. Help prep and serve dinner to kids!

I have a 10-month-old Son. I work full time in San Ramon. I apparently make "too much" for child care assistance. Which I make a little above min wage. I would only need help 3 days during the week. I have had people suggest trying to find a stay at home mom that might be able to help me out for a lower price than 500/3 days for day care. I am honestly at the point where I am about to quit the job I love, so I can watch my son and live off welfare. I would really don't want to do that. My son has no special needs or dietary restrictions. I will bring diapers, food, everything. I just need help. I honestly feel absolutely ridiculous right now as I am typing this. I am not asking for any freebies or hand outs, I will happily pay. I just cant afford to pay 75% of my pay for this.

We are a fun loving family who loves to spend time together and support each other as we navigate our lives. Our girls are sweet and loving. Our oldest, is into arts and crafts and she has the most tender hearts. Our youngest is bold, knows what she wants, playful and super sweet. Typical toddler right?? They love to play outside or cuddle on the couch. We need help with morning time drop off and then after, coming back to the house and doing some housekeeping/house assistant tasks. My oldest goes to kindergarten and my youngest goes to preschool/daycare. A typical day would be: 8 a.m. arrive- start coffee, get lunches ready, get girls up for school and daycare, give breakfast and then out the door around 9:30 a.m. 10:15- get back from drop off and the daily/weekly tasks are: - clean up downstairs (put away toys, etc) - dishes (empty and reload) - wipe down countertops - laundry (change over, start and fold) - garbage (change it when needed then it gets taken down on Tuesdays) - tidy up girls rooms. - On Wednesday's, kindergarten get out early, so pick up is at 12:15 p.m. She then gets taken to Daycare As needed tasks are: - boxes broken down - go backs from Amazon - Shopping runs - Stocking (toilet paper, paper towels, waters, etc) We'd love somebody who is warm, calm and flexible, we fly by the seat of our pants sometimes and don't follow a strict schedule. We just want to make sure our kids are loved, taken care of, and having good days. We also want the house to run smooth and be set up for success when we're off work. We have parking and a car to be used when taking the girls. We have 2 dogs, Hudson, a Shepard mix, and Gunner, a Rottweiler mix (not anywhere as big as a Rottweiler). Both dogs are very sweet and loving, sometimes annoying following you around, but it's cute.

About who needs care: Recovering Cancer patient, diabetic, overweight. About the care needs: Caring, knowledgeable, some medical experience. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About the care needs: Calm, quiet, self-starter able to provide supervision and perhaps cooking, and assistance with certain tasks (phone calls, etc.). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.

We need live-in home care to take care of my father in Danville. He is friendly but disabled and has dementia. Assistance with transfers from wheelchair to bed, couch, or bathroom is needed. Assistance with using the bathroom and bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding.

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
