East Bay family is looking for a dedicated and kind Family Assistant to join their household part-time (10- 12+ hours/week). Supporting a family of four, you will apply your resourceful and positive nature to ensure that all aspects of the household run smoothly. KEY CHARACTERISTICS: Self-directed and takes initiative, able to execute tasks with little to no oversight. Resourceful, can figure things out when confronted with challenges. Strong attention to detail, discreet and confidential by nature. KEY DUTIES: Light housekeeping to support the cleaners, all family laundry /linens, kitchen and closet organization. Help to implement and maintain household organization by tidying the house daily. Organization of kids' rooms and playroom. Added hours for childcare when needed (age3/5). Flexible on days - 3 days needed, 3 to 4 hours per day.
