House Assistant / Mother's Helper (3-5 Hrs/week - Flexible, Warm Family Home)

About the job

Our family is looking for a kind, reliable House Assistant/Mother's Helper to support us 3-5 hours per week. We're flexible on the day/time, though Thursday afternoons are a plus or Friday afternoons. What we'd love help with: • Laundry: washing, folding, and putting things away (including items that need to be hand-washed from time to time) • Light organizing around the house (kids' rooms, closets, pantry, etc.) • Light clean-up as needed (we have weekly housekeepers, but occasional help with vacuuming, dishes, or tidying when they can't make it) • Household tasks like oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, re-potting plants, cleaning out the car, or organizing the garage • Occasionally tidying our outdoor space (like cleaning off furniture, etc. or sweeping our patio (not gardener-like chores) • Bonus: Someone open to occasional errands
