Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Pleasant Hill

I am seeking two loving caregivers to provide in-home care to my mother (age 78) with Alzheimer's / Dementia and Diabetes. The two caregivers would divide up the week to provide 24-hour live-in support, with one caregiver being able to live at the home full-time with my mother and father. Private bedroom and bathroom provided. Key responsibilities include personal care support, managing medications and medical devices (Dexcom sensor and iLet), preparing nutritious meals, providing mobility assistance (note that my mother can still walk around the home) and companionship, and managing the household / laundry. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, CPR / first-aid trained and with prior experience with Dementia & Diabetes. English and Tagalog speaking is ideal.
