About who needs care: My mom has COPD and is on oxygen continuously per nasal cannula. She is on BiPAP at night and for naps. She has poor vision and hearing. She needs meals prepared for her, meds given, and assistance getting back and forth to the bathroom. She uses a walker for mobility.
