Seeking to hire a well- rounded PA responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of business and household affairs.
Applicants should have experience with QuickBooks, prepare and reconcile bills and handle basic household and business accounting tasks.
You will be handling communication, IT troubleshooting, organizing and maintaining filing systems, handling administration and expenses, scheduling itineraries and planning events. You should have prior experience as a personal assistant, you are very tech savvy, self-motivated, honest, reliable, professional, organized, detail oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task, creative, flexible, able to communicate effectively in person and in writing to various professionals.
