I am a reliable, college-educated nanny dedicated to working closely with families to provide top quality care to children of all ages. I enjoy planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and outings that target all areas of child development. Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches inspire me to guide children to explore their environment, community, and interests and to foster confidence and independence. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I encourage outdoor play. Caring for children is my top priority, but keeping a tidy environment is also very important. I clean up after myself and children and perform light housekeeping. Prior to nannying for a year and a half in Portland, I taught in Learning Support classrooms in Pennsylvania. I have over 10 years of babysitting experience. Fun Fact: In 2018, I traveled to Italy to study the world-renowned Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education.
