About Chelsea

I am a professional nanny with 20 years experience as a nanny and an infant/preschool teacher and now a mom. I am looking for a position that I can bring my 2yo along, for a family that is excited by the socialization this will bring. I studied ECE in college and in continuing education. I have a B. A. in Psychology & Social Behavior. I have worked as a behavioral/play therapist with children with language delays, developmental delays, children with autism, medical needs and more. I also teach children and family yoga and can incorporate that if there is interest! I love to engage children in new experiences and be present for and help facilitate their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. Each child is unique, I strive to meet them where they are at and encourage emergent curriculum.
