About Jakyla

I'm eager to help students unlock their full potential through personalized support. For three years, I've tutored students in subjects like Math, English, History, and Foreign Language, across elementary, middle, and high school levels. I create engaging and patient learning environments, empowering students to develop critical thinking skills. I actively listen to students and adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. By connecting topics to real-world examples, I keep students motivated and celebrate their successes. Open communication with students and parents is essential to me. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I'm comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, or even a coffee shop! Let's work together to make learning enjoyable and help you achieve your academic goals.
