Hello - we have some travel coming up and need someone to come check in on our cats and water some plants. Our parents live in the area and will be over throughout the day, but sometimes the cats and plants are too much. We are hoping to have someone stop by 2-3 times per week. I don't think the visits would be very involved, so someone close would be ideal.

Family in need of a part-time nanny to help the mom out with two little girls! Days of the week are negotiable, but generally 3 days a week for 6-7 hours a day. Mom will generally be around, except running errands and the occasional other appointment, but could use some help monitoring/entertaining the kids during the day. Are you responsible, honest and detail-oriented? I have a few rentals and something always breaks when I'm out of town. I'm looking for a handyman who I can text to come help fix something. Can you please list if you have any specific capabilities like "assembly", "Change a light bulb 20 feet up in the ceiling" all the way to "appliance repair" "basic electrical" "plumbing" "drywall" that sort of thing. Hearing impaired. Can't do steps and limited walking distance due to bad knees. Outspoken with no filter. Loves to talk. Spends the majority of her time reading the Bible and watching certain TV evangelists. I'm looking for someone who is patient, strong. Will need to be a good listener and sympathetic to someone very fixed in their ways. Will also need a thick skin as her observations often feel like insults although she is kind hearted. IE comments on one's weight or hair or a tattoo or clothing etc. Mom loves to shop but doesn't quite have the stamina to go much more than a hour or two. She is not a restaurant person but does eat out occasionally with family. Very picky as she had allergies to wheat and various other foods. She is also diabetic.
